Today is Sunday, I cooked two big pyrex-full of palabok. What I love about cooking big batches of food is that we have food for the whole day. "We" means husband Mario, sons Marl and Ry and daughter Cha, five adults in all.
We all love palabok, a popular filipino rice noodle all-time favorite meal or snack.
