Exploring the Philippines and Asia - Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte

Dipolog is a more progressive city than Dapitan.  Dipolog has two Jolibee restaurants while Dapitan has none. I don't know why I am comparing these two cities but probably because of the close proximity of these two cities to each other.  We were told at the pier in Dapitan, it's only 18 kms to go to Dipolog.

We stayed in this city for two nights in a place called Ragin Pension for Pesos520 a night for a double room with private bath and aircon.

Our very brief visit to Dipolog consist only of going to the boulevard to catch the sunset, roaming the city streets, having dinner in Chinese Cuisine Restaurant, going to the market early morning to buy native delicacies such as puto maya, suman, puto, mangoes, mangosteen and lanzaones and using the airport to fly back to Manila.

When I go back to Dapitan, I would probably go back to Dipolog.
