Tonkatsu
This is breaded pork called Tonkatsu by Japanese people.
Tonkatsu is breaded pork while Chicken Katsu is breaded chicken. I already have a recipe for Chicken Katsu in this blog. If interested for recipe, it was posted last month.
Remember I have 1 pack of pork tenderloin with 4 tenderloins? I did 1 dish for each tenderloin and this is one of those.
This can be eaten with mayonnaise or ketsup.
