We arrived at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport before midnight on Jan.17 and we were "home" around 1am on Jan. 18. Home is a 20 sq.meters studio condo at Avida Towers in Sucat, Paranaque which we rented through the internet. Short term rent is Pesos15,000 per month, furnished and inclusive of the association dues but not including electric and water. Long term rental, 6 or 12 months, is a lot less money at Pesos8,000 per month unfurnished.
