Carbonara and Life after 24

This is my son Marl's favorite - pasta carbonara.  Unexpectedly though, Cha asked that I cook this pasta dish.  Cha, in the past said she didn't much like pasta but now obviously she does.

We have not started on another tv series today after having finished 7 seasons of 24 yesterday.  I am thinking we can watch Bones but Mar and I are not very enthusiastic.  Cha starts work tomorrow, so it's going to be just the two of us when we start a new series.

This is my version of carbonara recipe without egg yolk.  Instead of egg yolk, I usually use cream in a can.

Pasta Carbonara Recipe
500 grams any pasta you have available
250 grams uncooked bacon, fried and chopped into bits, set aside on a paper towel.
003 tbsp olive oil
002 cans nestle cream
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
001 tbsp minced garlic
parsley
salt
pepper

Cooking Instructions:
1.  boil pasta as per cooking instruction on the box
2.  in a pan, in medium heat, pour olive oil, add garlic and saute until lightly brown
3.  add nestle cream, milk, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste
4.  mix everything well, bring to a light boil, add bacon, cooked pasta and parsley in the pan and coat the pasta with the sauce.
5.  serve with additional parmesan on top
