Parsley

I don't like waste, I am frugal remember?  So when I buy a bunch of parsley to add a little bit of flavor and color to my pasta, I am not happy that after I use it once or twice, the rest will go to waste.  This translates to 50 cents wasted.

I want to share with you a cost saving tip.  50 cents saved is 50 cents towards our first million, seriously.

Instructions:

1.  Wash a bunch of fresh parsley.
2.  Chop off the stems then chop to bits the leaves.
3.  In a baking tray of your oven toaster, spread the chopped bits of parsley.
4.  Bake at 300 degrees F for 20 minutes.
5.  Keep in a zip-lock container in the refrigerator.

By the way, the above is my original idea, no google search was made.

Cheers.
